This is a soldering service for LED(s) and MCPCB purchased from the store.
Extra lapping and deburring jobs are automatically done for VirEnce boards. Unless requested, we don't do this for Noctigons as this will remove the gold and then expose the nickel plating from the backside, renders it's solderable base useless. Unless requested, a very slight thermal performance can be achieved by completely removing the nickel layer.
Valid for one piece MCPCB only. You might want to purchase more services depending on how much MCPCB you want us to solder.
Please be specific and clear with the instruction.
Now we only use 5N Indium (158°C melting point) to solder all the LED(s) on nano-ceramic* Virence MCPCB. Thus, we strongly suggest to only use Sn63Pb37, Sn60Pb40, or Sn42Bi58 for the wire pads to avoid difficulties when soldering the wire pads due to too high temperature differences. You still can opt for other solder types (for the pads):
- 138°C Sn42Bi58
Very easy to solder especially in hard to reach location. Creates hard non flexible joint. Not recommended for anything with over 100°C MCPCB operating temperature potential.

We clean every soldered LED & MCPCB prior packing but it's strongly advised to clean it using Isopropyl Alcohol before installing the module. This is very important especially if you plan to run the module hard, beyond OEM rated output. Any opaque debris left on the LED's lens will get very hot to a point it will ignite and burn the entire LED's dome and destroy the LED completely within seconds.
